We’re pleased to share with you our latest release for the Cooper Investors Brunswick Fund – “Compounding Through the Cycle: A focus on the Real Assets & Income Securities Capital Pool, and Aspen Group.”

In September 2025, we hosted the annual Brunswick Fund Briefing at the MCG’s iconic Long Room, where Portfolio Manager Justin O’Brien shared the importance of Real Assets in providing stability and long-term growth for investors, and how the Fund’s flexible approach to investing in tangible assets such as real estate, infrastructure, and royalties, has enabled us to compound returns through changing market environments. Justin’s remarks underscored the importance of adaptability, disciplined philosophy, and long-term thinking – qualities that have driven our performance, even in uncertain times.
A highlight of the event was the focus on Aspen Group’s innovative work in affordable accommodation. We were delighted to be joined by Aspen’s joint Chief Executives, David Dixon and John Carter, who offered their perspectives on addressing Australia’s housing challenge and building resilient, income-generating assets.
